Quick Craft: Floral Bouquet
This “Quick Craft” is perfect for Mother’s Day, as an end of the year gift for a teacher, or just a little offering of appreciation to someone you love.
What I love the most about this particular craft, is that you can match the personality of the individual receiving the gift just by your choice of materials. Plus it’s a budget conscious gift that looks way more expensive than it truly is! Make someone feel special today! Learn how below.
What You’ll Need:
Flowers (These are from Trader Joe’s)/Scrapbook Paper/Twine/Greeting Tag
What You’ll Do:
Trim flowers to fit paper size.
Place your flowers diagonally onto the paper and fold bottom corner up.
Fold sides of paper inward towards the flowers and around the flowers. Repeat on the other side to create a cone effect.
Strand your gift tag with twine running both ends through the hole to create a loop. Loop the twine around the bottom of the paper cone and secure by tying a bow. This will hold your paper in place. For extra security you can tape the paper down to keep it closed as well.
Super quick, right? We’re handing these out to the teaching and admin staff at my son’s school this week. I hope they love them, and feel as special as we think think they are when they get them!
Until next time, friends!
