Transform Your Home with Thrifted Fall Decor
Autumn brought with it a frenzy of experiences for our family. I hardly had time or motivation to decorate, but I had a few pieces of thrifted decor that I wanted to display, so I pulled myself together and got to work. A mixture of autumnal inspired pieces found their way in my new-to-me cornucopia, now displayed on our living room coffee table, and since I didn’t have a lot of time to do it, I decided that mixing my summer pieces into the display would be the best way to go about it. It’s quite striking, and plays well with overall collected style. The quick and easily made additions of a small woven broom, silver plated bird figurines, and an autumnal style painting displayed on a stand, lend themselves to the desired style on our console table. In addition to these, a small display of dried brown bunny tail can be found on our mantel. I chose to display them in a beautiful glass vase to truly let them shine. I also have them displayed on our built-in until, opting for a smaller display in a silver vase.
These were quick additions to our space, that gave me the overall desired look, while allowing me to manage more important aspects of life. Even better, all of these were thrifted, so we saved money too.
I hope you enjoy this little photo tour! Coming soon….Holiday decor, because now I have time, and I’m determined to get it done sooner than later. We need a bit of rest for the rest of the year, and I plan on taking advantage of the time I have to do it.
